A highly unusual EP from krautrock-influenced experimenters Aquaserge, taking predominantly instrumental, ornately structured forms, starting with the disjointed prog-funk of 'La Femme De Tahiti', which has equal footing with bands like Goblin and Magma as with Soft Machine or Can. At first it all seems a little quiet, but this is well worth cranking; the band exhibit exemplary musicianship throughout and the three tracks here leave you itching for more - the shortest track in particular ('Cloclo') suggesting that these guys are an avant-rock band with plenty of potential.
